About Us

We are a small, friendly property developer in Phuket specialising in developing properties only in Kata, Karon & Rawai. We are NOT an estate agent and can therefore offer many custom made solutions, enabling us to make changes to a property whilst under construction to suit the individual buyer, thus enabling them to have many options about their property. Estate agents are not able to offer this valuable service.

We have a small team of staff, each with their own speciality, such as building design, finance & legal, in addition to trained and knowledgeable administration staff.

We have satisfied clients from Australia, Canada, England, France, Holland, Norway & Sweden. Many of our clients use us purely for investment by buying ‘off plan' and then asking us to sell at a later date when the project is part or fully completed. These investors always show a good margin of profit.

We offer a very personal service to both investors & buyers, treating all of them as our friend and taking care of all their needs when they are in Phuket and even when they are not, and we continue this service & friendship long after a sale or investment has been completed.

Apart from being a small, friendly business, our great strength is in having as an associate a large Thai Company who has a long history of building major projects throughout Phuket including such projects as the Aspasia in Kata. Together we design and build all of our projects to the highest possible standards, using the finest of materials.
